If you have booked a session with us and it has not yet been completed you will receive a full refund.

If the session has already been completed you will receive either a partial refund or no refund depending on if feedback was given or not.

Please note that should we complete your session and contact you for feedback and receive no reply we will attempt contacting you a second time if we are still unable to get in touch with you your appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Should your session include zoom feedback, please be sure to be on time. We understand that we can all sometimes be a few minutes late so we will wait 10min. If however you are more than 10min late for your session without letting us know, you will unfortunately forfeit the feedback session with no refund as the work would already have been completed.
